JUST A COUPLE OF ITEMS OF NOTE. WE DID GET ONLY SIX PRIORITY MATRIXES. THE RESULTS I'M PRESENTING TODAY ARE BASED ON THOSE. IF INDIVIDUALS WANT TO COMMENT OR SHARE THEIR THOUGHTS ABOUT PRIORITY AND BROKEN DOWN BASED ON THESE SIX YOU CAN DO THAT IN CHAT OR RAILS YOUR HAND.

I KNOW PEOPLE ARE HAVING AUDIO DLUKTS SO CHAT WILL WORK BECAUSE AND WE GOT A RESPONSE FROM A CJCC MEMBER NOTING THERE WHAT A LACK OF SAFETY COMPONENT. MEMBERS ARE COMFORTABLE AT THE CURRENT LEVEL OF COLLABORATION OR THAT MEMBERS DON'T FEEL COLLABORATION IN HARRIS COUNTY IS IMPORTANT AS THE OTHER GOALS THAT HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED OR COULD MEAN THOSE SIX PEOPLE DIDN'T THINK COLLABORATION WAS IMPORTANT SO JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT AS WE GO THROUGH THE PRIORITY AREAS. ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE I MOVE NO? OKAY. LOOKING AT THE STRATEGIES UNDER THE EQUITY GOAL I'VE ORGANIZED THEM BY LEVEL OF EFFORTS IN TERMS OF HOW PEOPLE RANK THEM BASED ON HOW MUCH TIME AND EFFORT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT THESE AS WELL AS THEM BY PRIORITY AREA. SO, THE HIGHEST PRIORITY THAT IT WAS THE EASIEST TO IMPLEMENT WAS THE ASSESSMENT OF THE CAPACITY AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE HEART PROGRAM.

FOR THOSE FOR THE CITE AND RELEASE FINDINGS WE WILL TALK ABOUT BUT THE REEVALUATION OF THE CURRENT RELEASE EFFORTS AND POLICIES SHOWED UP AS MEDIUM PRIORITY AND THE PEOPLE THAT FILLED OUT THE MATRIXES . . .
